My Review On Lacoste Touch Of Pink Shower Gel

To be very honest, I am not a person who would fork out dollars for a high end shower gel. I was pampered with Lacoste Touch of Pink Shower Gel by a dear friend last Christmas. I must admit that after using this shower gel for some time, I am a new convert.

Product Packaging:
As the name suggests Lacoste Touch Of Pink Shower Gel comes in a compact bright pink coloured plastic tube with a white plastic flip-open lid. The design is nothing ostentatious, just plain and simple bearing the familiar Lacoste emblem on the front of the tube.

To use:
Dampen your body with water to the temperature that suits you best. Though I appreciate a hot shower after a long day at work to soothe and invigorate tired muscles, too hot a shower can actually strip your sin of its natural oils, so it is advisable that you do not turn water temperature up too high.

To dispense shower gel from the tube, gently squeeze out the desired amount. The shower gel produced a really luxurious, bubbly creamy lather which moisturises and softens my skin while removing impurities without drying . You will notice that your skin is lighted scented, well hydrated and smooth to touch after your shower .

The fragrance is made up from a sweet flowery blend of Jasmine, Violet with the richness of Sandalwood, a dreamy base note of Vanilla plus a very subtle aroma of Blood Orange. Lacoste Touch of Pink , is indeed a fruity floral fragrance that is feminine, fresh yet flirty; an undeniably youthful and energetic scent for the spontaneous and dynamic women of today. An expression of magnetic and carefree sensuality. This pleasant and sweetly scented shower gel which is not too intoxicating or overpowering to the olfactory nerves, leaves my skin feeling revitalised and the perfume also lingers long after shower. Since it is light and airy I recommend you to use the shower gel in conjunction with its complementary lotion and Eau De Toilette as a perfect perfume for daytime use.

My thoughts:
A shower gel about $22 maybe a little over-priced compared with other leading brands in the same category but I like it as it cleanses well without drying my skin, leaving it velvety smooth. It instantly refreshes my body, mind and soul after a long, tiring day. Lacoste Touch Of Pink Shower Gel is suitable for all skin types and is available at all leading departmental stores and online, prices vary. I bought mine online at a much discounted price.
